Admission to events in the Culture Night programme requires a Culture Pass.
The Culture Pass is non-refundable.

Copenhagen Prisons –The prison on Nytorv

-- A captivating experience --

Experience one of Denmark's oldest prisons in the heart of Copenhagen.
Nytorv prison opens its doors, for the cultural night.
An experience that can only be seen this one night a year.

Come and learn more about what happens when you get into jail.
Meet nurses, priests, and correctional officers. Hear them tell tales about their everyday lives, in the largest prison in Denmark.

It will also be possible to see:

- Drug Dogs at work
- How an electronic tag works.
- See museum objects, escape tools, old uniforms and children's toys produced by the inmates

An exhibition that tells which position the Mormon Church has in relations to other Christian Churches. There will also be a lecture: “The book of Mormon – Fiction or reality” and you will also get the chance to
meet a Mormon, who is a Navajo-Indian and who will perform a Hoop-dance and tell the audience about the origin of the Native Americans.
